Board Description
Fresh water Dip
This small river is filled with fresh water, how does it get here fresh with salty water all around? There is a small sandy hill which it dips down, thus the name Fresh Water Dip. Then it emptys into the ocean. If you try to follow it back to the traces of the fresh water, soon it turns salty again, it does come from the ocean, but in certain spots it is fresh, why is this?
